JA Volunteers

JA students love their JA volunteers. And JA volunteers love their JA volunteer experience. Join over 560 community volunteers who work with us to provide programs to over 13,600 students each year.

Junior Achievement (JA) motivates students to develop the skills needed to experience the realities and opportunities of the 21st-century global marketplace. Our program curriculum fosters work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills, utilizing experiential learning to inspire kids to dream big and reach their potential.

In the 2012-2013 school year, JA of WNY enriched the lives of 13,626 students in 152 schools and community organizations throughout the eight counties of Western New York. JA's success is due to its many generous supporters and 566 volunteers.
