Junior Achievement (JA) motivates students to develop the skills needed to experience the realities and opportunities of the 21st-century global marketplace. Our program curriculum fosters career & work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills, utilizing experiential learning to inspire kids to dream big and reach their potential.
In the 2014-2015 school year, JA of Western New York enriched the lives of 15,238 students in 165 schools & community organizations throughout the eight counties of WNY.
